1. Where are you based?
We are based in Auckland, New Zealand. All our products are shipped from here.

2. Do you offer custom-made jewellery?
We don’t offer custom-made pieces. Our collections are created in collaboration with highly respected suppliers and skilled artisans who share our commitment to ethical sourcing and exceptional craftsmanship. This ensures every design meets our quality and durability standards.

3. Where do your materials come from?
We work only with trusted and reputable suppliers who prioritise responsible sourcing and premium materials such as 925 sterling silver, stainless steel with 14k/18k gold plating, and freshwater pearls.

4. Can I request a different size or length?
Some items may be available in alternative sizes or lengths. Please check the product description or reach out to our team, and we’ll do our best to help.

5. How should I care for my jewellery?
Keep your pieces away from water, perfume, and harsh chemicals. Store them in a dry place and polish occasionally with a soft cloth to maintain their shine.

6. What if my jewellery tarnishes?
Tarnish is a natural process for genuine silver and gold-plated pieces. A quick polish with a silver cloth will usually restore their original glow.

7. Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship both locally and internationally. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

8. What is your return policy?
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. For hygiene reasons, earrings and worn items can’t be returned.

9. Can I order online and pick up in store?
No, sorry — we don’t have a physical store at the moment. However, we do our best to ensure your order is packed and delivered as quickly as possible, so you can enjoy your new piece in no time. We are based in New Zealand and all our products are shipped from Auckland.

10. Do you offer a warranty on your jewellery?
Yes! All our pieces come with a one-year warranty covering manufacturing faults. Please note this doesn’t include damage caused by general wear and tear, misuse, or improper care.

11. Is your jewellery waterproof?
Our pieces are designed for everyday wear but unless categorized as waterproof (stainless steel), our 925 sterling silver pieces are not waterproof. We recommend removing them before swimming, showering, or exercising to preserve their shine and plating.
