We are a small jewellery business based in Aotearoa, New Zealand.

Kuyen is named after the Mapuche Chilean word for moon, because we shine unapologetically in every phase, and of course, one of our owners is Chilean, but we all agreed on the moon as an inspiration. Because yes, one of our owners is from Chile! And we all love the moon of course.

Bold. Fun. A little weird. Always empowering.

Our pieces aren’t made to blend in,  they’re made for those who dare to orbit outside the ordinary. Wild. Playful. Ever-changing.

We work mostly with S925 sterling silver and 14k / 18k gold plating, chosen for their timeless beauty and durability. Every piece has been selected to ensure each design not only shines but lasts, our jewellery is made to move with you through every phase, like the moon itself.
